Ending thread and weaving it into your beadwork is just as important as starting a new thread. It’s important to properly secure your thread before you trim it so that your beadwork doesn’t unravel and to avoid any weak spots in tension when ending a thread.

If your tension is properly maintained, you may be able to weave in and end your thread without even tying any knots. Using a thread burner can also help to create a small, melted "knot" that will keep your beadwork secure.
