How to Add a New Thread to Beadwork

Stash the needle of the new working thread into your beading mat. Using the old working thread, weave into the beadwork, tying a few half-hitch knots as you go.

Trim your thread close to the beadwork.

You are now ready to continue beading using your new working thread. After you have completed a few rows and the new thread has been established in the beadwork, trim the tail of the new thread close to the beadwork.
