This bead shop is owned and operated by Virginia Blakelock and Carol Perrenoud, two of the most highly-regarded names in the beading world. They carry seed beads, pressed glass, Delicas, bugles, and Charlottes. Also stocked are wonderful books, videos, looms, and many other wonderful beading supplies, tools and more.
Beadin' Path, The
Oh, my, this place is just fantastic! Lots of vintage and contemporary glass, as well as books, findings, classes, projects and other goodies, too!
Beadroom, The
Lots of great glass here, Czech, handmade beads, seed beads and some vintage, too. The adorable little Czech grape clusters alone are worth the visit.

The Beadshop is one of my favorite, want-to-visit-someday bead stores. Talented bead staff, kits galore, with a cuff bracelet that is absolutely gorgeous. The inclusion of a search feature on the site helps to make this wonderful beading supplier even easier to navigate, so that you can see more of those bead items we all dream of.
Beyond Beadery
Be patient with Beyond Beadery, as it may seem like they are rarely open for business. But since they really are a family-run business, when they travel to shows, no one is around to ship orders, so you'll have to get your orders in while they are home between shows. But don't let that stop you - the beads are always worth the wait. Perfect, every time.

Very cool, very comprehensive site. Wood, stone, shell, glass, sea glass, metal, seed beads. Plus, there's an Idea of the Month, a Special of the Week, pattens, projects, fun and more. If you can't find it here, maybe it's not a bead.

General Bead
I must admit I'm partial to General Bead, since they are my home-town bead store. But, even if I lived elsewhere, I would still say that few on-line bead merchants can beat the selection, prices and good-natured staff of General Bead.
Land of Odds
Land of Odds calls itself "The South's Most Unusual Shop" because of the wonderful selection of beads, findings, metals, and so many other wonderful bead items. With a full line of Delicas, gemstone, metal beads, and findings, you'll find everything you need here.
Moondance Designs
This site is owned by Theresa Guthrie, the teacher of the No Warps! method of loom weaving. Take a look for some great bead deals, patterns, kits and basic supplies. And now, Theresa is offering the No Warps! Class in a Box Kit, so you can now learn the "No Warps! looming method at home.
Rio Grande
Rio Grande is one of the most complete sites for beader and jewelry makers that you'll find anywhere. they have it all, and at excellent prices, with superb customer service. You'll need to become a site member in order to order on line, but you'll just need to call them at 800-545-6566 in order to register and begin ordering through their Web site. Absolutely worth it!
Shipwreck Beads
Beads for days on this beautiful and huge site. Beads, components, metals, supplies and enough beads to keep you busy looking for hours. In fact, if it's a bead, it's here. Nice graphics, too.

More beads than you can shake a (rain) stick at! The owner is a wonderful, talented and well-informed bead artist, happy to answer your bead-related questions. And now, metalsmithing supplies are available, too.
Wild Things Beads
Wild Things has such a divine selection of Charlotte beads, they are easily one of my favorite suppliers of these tiny glass gems. They also carry glass beads made exclusively for them, including a beautifully detailed ammonite bead, like nothing you've ever seen. Terrific people, too.
