The next animal in our beaded menagerie is this wonderful Mountain Lion face beaded Amulet Bag. This is another beadwork project that can be worked flat in a single panel, then stitched to a backing, by beading the pattern using Flat, Even Count Peyote Stitch.
This Mountain Lion Bead Pattern can, be worked in Even Count Tubular Peyote Stitch, the same way the as the Elephant Amulet Bag Bead Pattern above can be. In fact, the first bead pattern shown above, the formidable Buffalo, can also be beaded in Tubular Peyote according to the directions given above.
Simply decide what you want to do for the back side of the Amulet Bag, double the number of beads for the first two rows of beading, then follow the instructions for beading in Even Count Tubular Peyote Stitch. It's that easy!
