1. First Row: Pick up 2 4mm bicones and pass back down through the second bicone. Pass needle and thread through the 6 seed beads you strung in the first round, and then up through the next 4mm bicone. Continue in this manner, adding bicones and weaving through the base row seed beads until you finish the round. After you have passed through the last set of 6 beads, take needle and thread up through the 2 bicones of the first set.
2. Second Row: *Pick up 2 4mm bicones and pass needle and thread down through the bicone next to the one you just came out of. Pick up 10 size 11 seed beads and go up through the next bicone. Repeat from * until you come to the first set of bicones. At that point, take needle and thread back up through the last 2 bicones of the stack.
3. Third Row: Continue adding bicones and seed beads in this manner, but add 14 seed beads.
4. Fourth Row: Continue adding bicones and seed beads in this manner, but add 18 seed beads.
