This pattern uses two-drop, even-count peyote stitch, which is faster than regular peyote and a great stitch for beginners.

The entire pattern creates a band of beadwork about 7 inches long and 1 inch wide.

Bead Key:

In the example bracelet, I used size 11/0 Miyuki Delica cylinder beads in the colors listed below. The white beads are available from Fire Mountain, and the other colors are carried by Caravan Beads.

A = About 6 grams of opaque white (DB200)*

B = About 1.4 grams of transparent peach (DB1302)**

C = About 1.4 grams of transparent Caribbean teal AB (DB1248)

D = About 1.7 grams of transparent pale green mist (DB1404)

*For a slightly more subdued look, you can use opaque bisque white (DB1490) instead.

**Transparent peach is a dyed color of Delica, which means that it's prone to rubbing off over time if your beadwork is handled a lot. I chose it for my bracelet because I couldn't resist its strawberry hue. If you don't mind a brighter look, you can use transparent red orange (DB0704) instead.

You'll also need your essential beadweaving supplies, including a size 11 beading needle and your choice of beading thread. I used size D Nymo nylon thread in white.
