Fancy Tile Bead Bracelet Free Beading Pattern

The first three rows of Tila beads completed. You will always be in the correct position if your thread is exiting the seed bead of the edge picot that lays directly against the Tila bead.

Continue to add Tila beads until you have added a total of 4 beads, with picots in between each Tila. Remember to add the picot at the outside edge of the last Tila bead.

Pick up two seed beads and pass through the second hole of the Tila bead. Add seed beads between each Tila bead, then pass through the first hole of the Tila beads and all the seed beads in between to reinforce.

Add a picot at the top of the last Tila bead added, pass through the next two seed beads, and continue adding beads in this manner.

At this point, you may want to add seed beads to the beginning edge of the beadwork:
Remove the stop bead, and using the thread tail, pick up three seed beads. Pass through the empty hole of the Tila beads, adding seed beads between each one. At the other end of the Tila beads, pick up two seed beads and pass through the seed bead that lays directly against the other hole of the Tila bead. You can weave the thread in a bit at this point, knot it, and trim it close to the beadwork.

It may be helpful to flip the work over from top to bottom as you stitch.
