Andrea Stever asked for scarecrow earrings. Just pretend the grey beads are not there, it takes too long to cut them out. :-) The white beads indicate beads that can either be left out altogether (you need to be *real* comfortable with brick stitch to do this) or beaded in clear to give the illusion of a sculptured shape.
