"I love the holidays! I always have. It doesn't matter which one. I drive my poor husband
Gordon to distraction with my holiday fascination. You see, I have boxes and boxes of decorations for every holiday in the attic. I'm passing on this
fascination to my 4-year old granddaughter Nichole, too. She often spends the day helping Grandma decorate the house for the upcoming holiday; maybe
it's just a convenient excuse to spend time with her! I also like to think that it will be something that she'll fondly remember doing. Better let her
know, it's time to put away witches and dig out those turkeys....
Ahem, I must confess it doesn't stop there. Remember when those holiday-motif sweatshirts were the rage? Well, I have those for every holiday, too.
Of course, they all needed just the right pieces of complimentary beaded jewelry, too. That's how many of the pieces in BEADED HOLIDAY ADORNMENT came
into existence. I must also credit my co-workers at Chugiak High School. There have been others on the staff who were as wacky as I am about dressing
for the holidays. They kept the pressure on and were always wondering what beaded jewelry I could design for the next holiday.
