This book starts off with detailed supply list, outlining particular choices for needles, thread, beads backing and fabric. Findings and tools are discussed, too.
Then we go to the tutorial! Excellent step-by-step directions are graphed and explained in a clear, easy to understand manner. You can see what you are making as you go, and the details of each step are well defined. Tips and extras are included for each step and for adding additional embellishment.
Finishing the rosette is a chapter all by itself. Great ideas for mounting on fabric or backing are covered, as are techniques for using the Rosette in a variety of applications. A small Gallery of finished items is also included.
This is a lovely book, one I highly recommend. Something different, and gorgeous, too!
