This beadwork was created by Pat Savu.
Here's a submission for the gallery. I call it Grape Lariat. It is a Birthday present for my friend in Maryland. The lampwork beads were made by Barbara Edgecomb of Persona Beads. The lariat is in Spiral Rope with 11/0 seed beads and 8/0 seeds for the core. The outer row has Miyuki fringe beads to replace some of the seed beads. The decorated area above the lamp beads is a square stitch bail to hold up the lamp bead then decorated with Czech pressed glass flowers and leaves.

The next beadwork entry was sent in by Linda Breyer of Morticia's Magical Bead Tour.
The necklace is a of the spin-off of the freeform RAW tutorial and is called Raw Emotion:-) It was made almost entirely of freeform Right Angle Weave with more sculptural embellishement on top of the RAW pieces. Many of sizes and types of beads were used, including crystals, size 11 seed beads, 14s and triangles. The focal point is the medallion made from flat round peyote incorporating crystals with a smaller Flat Round Peyote medallion in the centre of the bigger one, and the wire clasp I made also.

This "fishy" bead and beadwork was sent in by Suzan Olerand.
I am attaching a JPEG of a necklace that Cathy Benton beaded using a Dichroic Fish Cabochon that I created. I requested that Cathy make the strap look like coral and seaweed. The end result was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! Cathy's design and fabrication of the necklace are simply perfect.

This African Net design was submitted by Monica Stevens.
I wanted to show you my interpretation of the African Net design you so kindly provided in your past features.

This beaded bag was created by Crystal Fox.
Crystal Fantasy: I used white deer skin leather for the bag, and then embellished it with a bunch of crystal AB's. This piece was made long before all of the beautiful fringes of today. If you notice there are 3 green beads on the flap. That is in honor of my MeeMaw(grandmom). These are Spirit beads. I was taught that only the creator makes perfect things, and that by adding Spirit beads it prevents ones creative spirit from being trapped within a single, perfect piece of work.
