Attached is an amulet pouch I just finished that I call Beached Seal. The Seal is carved deer antler. I bought her in a beadstore in Vancouver, BC. I designed this amulet bag just for her. I envision her lying on the beach while the surf washes over her. The beach is one of those black volcanic beaches. I worked on this pouch last month when I was in Florida. I collected the shells on the beach in St. Peterburg Beach and drilled holes in them when I got home. The strap is Spiral rope Chain that I learmed to make from one of the links on your own Beadwork site. The bag is tubular brick with 11/0 seeds. The seal is hanging onto the beach by the flap of the amulet bag. (34k) |

Since its been quite a while I thought I would submit something for the gallery. It is an aromatherapy necklace. It's really my first split loom. (41k) |

This was my first attempt with cab, and still my favorite! It is worked in peyote stitch around cab, and using different sizes of beads really works well with this application! (13k) |
