These beaded people beads are 4 of a series of 6 beads that will be made into a neckpiece, I call Lifetime. They each represent a role or roles that women play in their life cycle. The Old Woman is wearing a black hat w/purple flowers & glasses. The Queen, is all women, who make choices and govern their own destiny. Usually this is women in their 40's & 50's, who have stopped taking care of everyone (childern, husband)in their sphere and now find time to take charge of their selves. The Bride and Mother/Child are self explanatory. The Lover and Daughter are yet to be completed. Each bead is peyoted onto a 22mm wooden bead with mostly size 14 beads. (24k)
This next piece is by Anne Checker.
The Wolf......My first ever big loom piece. Made out of Dyna-Mytes, with a pattern I got free on the Net. (78k)

This piece is a new idea for you guys out there. This pendant piece was a pin I bought at Mervyn's and then was made into a necklace. I taught this class, by having my husband cut them flat on the back. This necklace was made by my student in class. I also sometimes leave the pinback on and put a bigger bead right on the front. Then you can just clip the pin over the top of the flat larger bead with like a thinner beaded part at that place Wala it is a pendant. Take off and wear as a pin. Works great.. (33k)
