Our first item this week comes from Maria Oldring, formerly of Moscow, Russia, now living in Canada.

Since last year I fall in love with free work without patterns, it gives better opportunity to express myself. So you can easily guess that I had great and pleasant time making this necklace. In the center of necklace is rather heavy piece of agate put into beaded bezel. Other materials are Czech seed beads of different sizes and colors (my favourites!), long bugles and glass beads. This next entry was sent in by Lisa DeFehr AKA "Lyric."
The leap frog was created by using both round peyote and flat peyote to weave matte blue/green beads with black nymo thread, size B. I wanted to capture not only the physical aspects of frogginess but also the essence of its spirit. Frogs are fun and graceful. That he is leaping like a dancer, "arms" in the air, celebrates this. This entry comes from Soren Mason Temple. You go girl!
This is my own design, a present for a friend who is having boyfriend problems and I wanted to remind her that women friends are just as important as men. The back of it says "GIRLS KICK ASS!" (39k)
