Kathy made this unusual beaded marble necklace for her secret pal. Love the colors!

 | A porcelain cab surrounded by peyote and applique stitches in size 14 cream cuts, size 14 rose gold charlottes and freshwater pearls. The chain is size 14 cream cuts 3 strands, all three go through a freshwater pearl every 25 beads or so. It is 26 in long. This was my first cab so it isn't as good as I would like. But still turned out well I think. How 'bout you?? (22k)

I was always losing pens to my students because my dresses and skirts
usually didn't have pockets. Most of my fellow teachers used the
pen-on-a-rope they bought in a store. I didn't like the look, so I went to
my bead box with the inspiration of a decorated pen I bought from a Native
American, I created my Pen Necklaces. It became so popular with the
teachers, I had to spend all my spare time beading. I had a few left over
and I'm selling them on eBay.
This one uses a Bic pen and I repeated the flower motif in the cap pattern.

 | Here is a picture of earrings I designed for Valentine's Day. They are made using delicas and bugles in brick stitch. (16k)
