This book is a wonderful first effort on the part of a very talented writer.
The earrings are just fantastic. There are birds, rosettes, columns, zigzags, and much more. All are done in lovely color combinations and the thechniques are spelled out in a simple to understand manner. And, of course there are the Christmas designs. These are just so cute! I will be making them all this winter!
The graphs are very easy to follow, and are very nicely drawn. The instructions are clear and concise, and go in to the detail you will need for these techniques. The stitch used is Brick Stitch and Barbara is an excellent teacher. There are simple earring designs and some using multiple increases and decreases.
