I had this program installed for about 10 minutes before I had created a passable Peyote stitch
graph from an imported picture. If I had stopped to read the instructions, it would have been an even better graph.
I like the whole concept of "plug & play", as my time is limited and I get frustrated with manuals. This program
made it easy to import a picture to the graph and with minimal reading I was able to work it up into a bead graph.
Using the "convert to beads" saved me about 2 days worth of work in "cleaning up" the pattern. Compacting the
number of beads assigned to the original picture was a cinch, too. I used a beautiful photo of a water lily and ended up with something like 40
colors for an amulet sized graph. I was able to get that down to 12 bead colors and still had a passable picture.
While there is no Delica bead color key in the program, it does contain the RBG values for each color in your graph (colors it
will assign from your imported picture) under the "Pattern Info" command. Using the
Delica/RBG/DMC guide by Susie Hughes, it would be easy to convert the bead value to a bead
color. And it even gives you a bead count.
And for $50.00, there is no way this great program can be beat!
