Guide Review - Beadwork Creates Necklaces - Book review
I love to make necklaces. It's one of the great pleasures of make my own jewelry and this book is just the fix I've been needing. Edited by the charming Jean Campbell of Beadwork Magazine, these 30 designs will send you running for the beads. Starting with a subtle and sophisticated design by Judy Tomsky (made with her very cool resin beads) and ending with a section on tips and stitches, you'll find lots to do. I was delighted to see designs by two favorites - Sylvia Sur and S. Raven Willey as well as fun and lovely pieces by Betcey Ventrella, Linda Richmond, Chris Prussing, Diane Fitzgerald, Judi Helwig and many others! A bargain at $16.95 and if you like necklaces, you'll use it often.
