New This Week! Beading, Beadwork, and Bead Making Blogs

Friday April 4, 2008
A new section has been added to the Beadwork site this week, linking to a selection of Beading, Beadwork, and Bead Making Blogs maintained by a number of amazingly talented beading artists, beadworkers, bead pattern designers and bead makers.

If you blog about beading, beads, beadwork, or anything else bead related and would like to have your blog included, please drop me at note to beadwork.guide@about.com with the word "I'm a Blogging Beader" in the subject line. The blogs appear on the site via the link above, and the first seven in the lineup will always appear in the Related Blogs box on the right side of this entry. I will continue to circulate these links, and will post fresh blogs each week, in order that everyone who submits a blog will have a chance to be on the main page.

And, since this is a blog, too, I'd love to hear your comments about beading blogs. What do you think of them? What should they contain? Not contain? Tell us!

I love to read blogs…especially those that talk abot the creative process and how the artists works through an idea. If I’m not being too forward, I’d like to include my blog address:

It’s not only about beading (though there is a lot of that) it is about my life, the crazy things that go on, and how they affect my work. I also try to include a lot of references, links, how to information..anything I think my readers might like.
