Until the other day, I went to my mailbox and saw a little tan padded envelope with familiar handwriting scrawled across the front. I realized that this little package contained a pair of earrings that had been swapped for the ones I sent in!
I was absolutely thrilled when I saw them - they were obviously made with great skill and care, and they look gorgeous when worn. They are made from two brass squares, two textured silver circles, a pair of lampwork glass disks, twisted copper jumprings and a pair of beautiful copper earwires. The mixture of metals and glass looks great with just about everything in my closet, and I love the longer length of them, too.
